At Parambarya, we take utmost care in packaging delicate items like bangles. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery
- We will provide a replacement or other resolution as required under New Zealand consumer law
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)
- Customers are strongly required to record a full unboxing video:
- Showing the sealed package before opening
- A continuous, unedited video
- Clear 360° view of the product immediately after opening
⚠️ For fragile items like bangles, claims for damage during transit may be declined if an unboxing video is not provided, as we cannot verify when the damage occurred.
3. No Change of Mind Returns
- We do not accept returns or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection
- Minor variations in colour or finish
4. Product Condition
- Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging
5. To request a return:
- Contact us via email or Instagram
- Share your order details and unboxing video
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions
6. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty
7. Important Note
- We reserve the right to assess all claims before approval
- Our anti-tarnish jewellery is designed for everyday wear, but it still requires proper care to maintain its shine and longevity. Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Imitation jewellery requires extra care and should be handled gently.
