Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
• Please get in touch with us within 5 days of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Unboxing Video Requirement
- For fragile items such as bangles, please record a clear unboxing video:
• Showing the sealed package before opening
• One continuous, unedited video
• Clear view of the product immediately after opening
Claims for transit damage may not be accepted without an unboxing video.
No Change of Mind Returns
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection
• Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen settings
Product Condition
• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
